- After attending five colleges throughout the U.S. with a concentration in science, in 1991 J.D. graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law with a doctorate in law (Juris Doctor). Dr. Good passed the Bar Exam in the top 7% and was admitted to the Ohio Bar and the federal Bar in 1992, J.D. first focused his firm's efforts on prosecuting monopolists in federal antitrust litigation. His first private antitrust federal jury trial went to trial in December 1993 and he participated as the trial attorney.
- J.D. has years of experience trying cases to juries in both state and federal courts, as well as conducting complex litigation against companies such as the Times Publishing Company, Media General, Smith & Wesson, the New York Times, the state of Ohio and myriad other entities both private and public, including law firms, hospitals, and insurance companies.
- J.D. has been opposed, and has prevailed, in litigation by some of the largest and oldest law firms in the country.
- The firm maintains a nationwide civil practice and J.D. makes special court appearances in different states by pro hac vice admission when necessary.
- J.D.'s focus is to create positive resolutions to disputes, helping clients avoid legal pitfalls, advising clients on steps to improve business practices and profits.
- New cases are only accepted on an individual basis. but in the event the office is not able to accept your case, referrals are provided free of charge.
